We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Cultural Resource Specialist to join our team. In addition, the Cultural Resource Specialist will assist in developing and implementing cultural resource management plans, mitigation measures, and public outreach programs. They will provide expert advice and guidance to project managers, planners, and engineers to minimize impacts on cultural resources during project planning and execution. The specialist will also participate in consultations with indigenous communities and other stakeholders to ensure respectful and culturally sensitive management of resources.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be required to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences, including government officials, community groups, and the general public. They must be able to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
